Creative, much less expensive
PR help
If the economy is shrinking
your advertising budget and you can not afford the big downtown PR firms, I can help you.
For a fraction of what you've paid monthly to keep your event or organization in the public eye, I will find ways to get broadcast or print news exposure for it.

As media director for the Honolulu Marathon I generate media worth close to a half million dollars in publicity value every December.I was able to generate 29 TV news hits for early marathon registration between June 11 and June 30. The stories reached 435,000 households and had a calculated publicity value of over $31,000.
I also represent three private schools on Oahu: St. Francis School, St. Andrew's Priory and Damien Memorial School.
Going into the second week of June, these schools had a combined total of 157 TV news hits, reaching 4,077,487 viewing households, for a calculated publicity value of $459,603.
I work with the four major local TV stations, both daily newspapers and other media outlets in Honolulu.
Among the newspaper stories I generated was an April 21 front-page, above-the-fold feature in the Honolulu Advertiser about a math prodigy from St. Andrew's Priory.
I know how to find viable news angles because I spent three decades as a staff writer and editor with daily, weekly and military publications in Massachusetts and Hawaii.
